Hey everyone,
I recently recieved my wireless card to hook up to pacmate with an instalation CD. I unfortunately have no idea how you go about installing the stuff to your computer and then to your pacmate. If someone knows anything about any of this, could please explain in great deetail how to install wireless to a pacmate using a wi fy card? I would buy you cookies! well maybe not, but you get the picture. You can either write me here or send me a pm. It would be superly apreciated thanks!

All installations are done via ActiveSync. You need to install the ActiveSync software that came on the CD with your PM, then connect the PM to your computer via the USB cable. The first thing I would do is see if your PM needs to even have software installed for your wifi card. Insert the wifi card into your PM. If it says "card not recognized" and asks for a name for the card, then you need to install the drivers off the CD. If you get no prompt, then you can use the wifi card without installing anything. You set up the wifi network in Settings off the Start Menu under the Connections tab.

And I prefer butterscotch cookies.

Hey:
What type of Wireless card did you get? Follow the instructions per the previous poster, which are quite good.

Hi,
Most WiFi cards for the Pac Mate do not come with drivers already installed on the Pac Mate. At least, mine didn't anyway.

An excellent resource for this type of information is http://www.pacmategear.com.
